I had a great stay loved my room n the hotel in all will stay there again when I travel back to Miami
Very friendly staff and excellent location. The restaurants food is fantastic.
Great for a quick sleep between travel days! Very convenient not having to leave the airport. No waiting for the of grounds hotels shuttles. Rooms are clean, comfortable and sound proof (never heard planes taking off or landing!
Property is great and a great overall experience, however it’s Extremely (I repeat EXTREMELY expensive) for drinks food and other daily necessities! Loved the hotel but an arm and a leg for pricing, $16 for one small 8oz of yogurt!
The convenient location, the price of the rooms and the outlook of the Hotel itself. The staff was very, friendly, understanding and negotiable,
Breakfast bar lacking. No prices on items for sale.
Only one problem: Loved everything about this hotel (the free shuttle to and from the airport, the clean rooms, and environment, etc.) except the fact that there is no access to a microwave. If your food gets cold you have to eat it cold or throw it out! Besides that, this hotel is great.
Very helpful staff. Make sure you go eat at El Carreta restaurant. A short 1 mile walk. Great Cuban cuisine.
