「I did not like all the hidden cost. Was charged twice for parking, contact the bank to dispute. The property ran out of Towels, was not able to get face cloths for the entire trip, hod to use large towels. The building as large as it was only had two elevators. My 49th wedding anniversary and it was horrible. Had to apologize to wife not seeing all the misleading.」

「I booked this property mainly because of the YOTEL name, assuming it was YOTEL-managed. I later learned that the unit is privately managed by a third party, even though it is in the YOTEL building.
