Wir hatten ein Apartment im 20. Stock mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf Miami Downtown. Man kommt nur mit dem digitalen Key ins Haus und kann auch nur damit die Aufzüge betätigen. Das macht ein sehr gutes Sicherheitsgefühl. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und man konnte den Host immer per Mail erreichen. Die Parkplätze sind sehr teuer in Miami. Wir haben im Parkhaus paar Meter weiter für 15 Euro die Nacht geparkt. Das war die günstigste Variante. Die Metropole Station ist über die Straße und die Bahn kann kostenlos benutzt werden. Wir fanden die Gegend sehr gut. Es gibt viel zu entdecken und man ist überall schnell hingefahren. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen.

This condo was the perfect place to stay for two of us in Miami! Great location to Bayside/Brickell. It was clean, secure, and amenities were top-notch! The sleeper sofa was super comfortable as was the king sized bed in the master! Our host was so helpful and responsive in answering all of our questions! What a great value!

Room was tidy and had all the listed amenities. Couple minor things were damaged on arrival but nothing detrimental to the stay. Only hiccup was when we asked for additional towels they stated we would have to wait for the host but nice thing is the room came with a washer dryer so we just cleaned the ones we had. Nice place to stay.

The condo itself was clean, the building was nice, and the location was definitely the best part of the stay. It’s right downtown near the mall, restaurants, and plenty of things to do, which made getting around very convenient. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit since we ended up needing it during our stay. However, there were several issues that made the experience less comfortable for our group of 6, including 3 children. There were not enough towels provided, so I had to buy detergent and wash towels daily just so everyone could have clean towels. We also could never figure out how to get any of the 3 TVs to work. Another major issue was the pull-out bed in the living room. It would not stay down and kept rising back up whenever someone got off of it. One of the children sleeping on it was small, and the bed sat several inches off the floor once weight was on it, which did not feel very safe or comfortable. Overall, the location and cleanliness were great, but the lack of basic accommodations and maintenance issues made the stay disappointing.

We had such a great time ! Wanted to be in Miami for my birthday but didn’t want to stay on South Beach Pool area and gym was a must need for us Was able to layout by the pool all morning and relax. My only CON with the pool is that it’s covered with little no sun exposure I recommend sunbathing early in the morning as possible As for the rest of our stay the staff was amazing, our room was clean! Didn’t need anything extra I would stay here everytime !

It looked bigger in the pictures. Registering is a process and it wasn’t explained the unit was above a Yotel, which was confusing. Using the microwave requires watching a video to learn how it works. No hairdryer. Coffee and tea provided looked like someone’s leftovers. Not labeled, a beat up tea bag. No blackout shades in living room where the sofa bed is. Great location and owner/property mgr was very responsive to my questions, but I didn’t think it was good value for the money.

The room was okay. It seemed dirty due dust being present especially in the closet. Dirt and stains on table counter the sheet were stained but over all it was fine we functioned with out options. The front desk was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Ive been to Miami enough to know the place is not all that for them act rude and passive aggressive. I asked for a cup of water to take my pills and got told to go to the CVS that is ridiculous. I was not asking for a liter of water! They claimed to have a repair order for ice machine but in reality had none and lied to us about having it available on other floors

Electronic key in and out. Even though it is attached to the hotel and uses all the same facilities, we were charged an unreasonable amount per bag to leave bags until check in, even if a backpack attached to a suitcase etc, increasing our expense significantly for our group. The beds were both uncomfortable. The room smelt and needed airing out every time we entered. Initially it was covered by a strong scent that gave me a migraine until aired out. Fridge smelly. Dishes dirty. Glitter all over the rugs from previous user.

Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. Soweit auch alles in Miami zu erreichen. Nach kontakt aufnahme wegen zurückschicken vergessener Kleidung im Trockner auf unsere Kosten war dies nicht möglich. Uns wurden schon Sachen aus Mexiko geschickt.

The overall stay was good, the only thing I didn’t like was that we tried getting in contact with the owner of the apartment and he never responded. The cable in the room for the TV wasn’t working and we tried getting in contact everyday from since we came. Another thing was the cleaning service. No one came to give us new towels, throw garbage etc etc.. we had to do cleaning service ourselves, throw away our own garbage and keep having to wash the towels. It’s something I’d do again but I just wanted better communication!

Loved the room views! Was nice to have laundry in the room and was a clean space. Pool was such a nice space, me and my family really enjoyed it. We walked to bayside market and was easily accessible.
