"Staff was extremely kind. Room service was great and very reasonably priced. Pool was amazing. Water bathroom did not get hot enough in our opinion and there was an issue with the water our first night and we had zero water for about an hour."

"in all honesty the vibe is great but our room in versailles tower was dirty and had a weird scent to it. no point in getting a balcony room because theres like 10 massive generators in front of your view that are on all day. the tower is far from the lobby and most amenities however it was less chaotic with barely any foot traffic. overall atmosphere is amazing but the location of the hotel itself limits you from walking to a lot of places like south beach downtown. vida brunch was ok, arkadia wasnt all that, la cote (outside bar) was probably the best. the beach area seemed very unorganized and hectic. highly recommend not going during hs spring break or conventions because this hotel gets insanely crowded with a ton of kids literally running around the lobby. check in was smooth tho we got our room at 8am right after landing and check out was even easier as you didnt have to wait in line, all you had to do was text the check out on your phone. overall id give it a 7/10. i would definitely come back here but will opt to choose the suites at sorrento or tresor suites!"

"I recently stayed at a hotel in Miami, and while the property itself is absolutely stunning, my overall experience was very disappointing, which is why I’m giving it 2 stars. The design, atmosphere, and location are beautiful, and at first glance, it seems like the perfect place to stay. However, the way I was treated completely overshadowed those positives. During my stay, I was yelled at by a staff member for simply trying to get on a hammock, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. After that, I felt like I was being followed around, which made me extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, I received dirty looks and experienced rude behavior from people on the property. It honestly felt like certain individuals went out of their way to make me feel like I didn’t belong there which was upsetting, especially considering I paid to stay just like everyone else. A hotel stay should feel welcoming and relaxing, but this experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. While the hotel itself is beautiful, the lack of respect and professionalism is something I can’t overlook. Because of this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel."

"We would honestly cannot wait to come back. It is in one of the best spots location wise, it’s right on the beach and it was overall just a wonderful property. Staff was all very kind as well. "

"A VERY NICE place overall! I am a tough grader, so I would put this in the 4.4 to 4.7 range if I could. Pool deck and facilities are very nice. But horribly crowded in peak times, weekend, etc. The old fight for a pool chair at 6:30 AM stuff just gets old, especially at a place that’s supposed to be higher end. Dominated by younger couples with small kids, mixed in with the business/conference types. Good mix of people if that’s something you prioritize. Besides the crowded pool, my biggest complaint would be the $30 cocktails. I know it’s Miami Beach but cmon. Great walkable location with access to the boardwalk and lively shopping/restaurant areas across the street. Close enough to walk straight to the action, but not quite in the middle of clubbing insanity! I would probably splurge a little extra and go for a boutique place before I go back, but I would go back. Again, CROWDED pool and my kids were just a little too old for the pool noodle scene. "
