Mein erstes Zimmer war eine Zumutung, ein Loch. Dunkel, die zwei Fenster waren von einer Art Flur überdacht, man schaue auf eine kahle Wand,könnte den Himmel nicht sehen und das für das bis jetzt meiste Geld, das ich in Sobe bezahlt habe. Das Zimmer war außerdem kahl, klein, hatte abgenutzte Möbel. TV lies sich nicht bedienen, auch nicht ausschalten, Schrank Tür war verzogen, Kühlschrank war irre laut und mein Bettlaken war mit fremden Haaren voll,also nicht neu bezogen!!! Kein Bild. keine Farbe, nix - völlig lieblos - LEIDER! ICH HABE MICH BESCHWERT. Es hieß, morgen könnte man was am Zimmer machen, heute nicht mehr, auch Housekeeping ist bereits weg. Es kam noch jemand, der die Fernbedienungen fixte und mir zwei Bettlaken brachte, ich musste also selbst mein Bett beziehen - nach 17 Std Anreise und fast 24 Std unterwegs - WOW - ICH WAR DERBE GENERVT! Am nächsten Tag wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer gezeigt, war wohl ein Upgrade, es war hell, Blick auf den Pool und besser geschnitten, als das vorherige. Rezeption war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn das Zimmer viel besser war, sie sind einfach kahl, ich würde eine Wand in lindgrün streichen oder ein schönes Bild aufhängen. Irgendwas, um es etwas gemütlicher wirken zu lassen. Als ist in die Jahre gekommen, nichts ist besonders modern oder hip, das Gefühl hatte ich auf den Bildern. Ein Bett,

My stay at The Meridian Hotel in Miami was an overall enjoyable experience. The hotel itself had a clean, modern feel with a boutique-style atmosphere. The rooms were well-maintained, comfortable, and nicely designed, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day out in the city. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and the overall ambiance. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled promptly and professionally. One of my favorite parts of the experience was the peaceful vibe of the hotel compared to some of the busier spots in Miami. It felt like a calm retreat while still being right in the middle of everything. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that some amenities were a bit limited compared to larger resorts, but it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend The Meridian Hotel to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Miami.

The hotel staff were kind and welcoming. Staff made themselves always available and receptive to my requests while on duty. Any requests were met with enthusiasm and promptness. They would check in with me on a daily basis during my stay to ensure I had anything I needed. The room and hotel were clean and tidy. My room had VERY effective air conditioning and lots of natural light that came thru the large sliding balcony door. The kava bar was a great option to start my day during my stay as well. Overall the hotel felt very welcoming and was an amazing place to spend my down time when not enjoying the city. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from all the fun on Ocean Drive, tons of upscale restaurants located by South beach, and a short car ride from Downtown Miami. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a worry free visit to Miami.

Important right off the bat to note that this is essentially a hostel, not a hotel. Our stay started with a protracted back-and-forth discussion consisting of me attempting to book parking and constantly failing to do so. It almost felt like staff was completely ignoring my messages and sending canned responses. After several days of this I was able to book parking, but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. From there, communication with staff was average at best. Though they made a point of sending messages checking in on our status, it almost felt like they were caught off-guard by responses and weren’t really ready to provide thoughtful support. There were also some minor cleanliness issues with our rooms and linens which were reminiscent of a hostel, not a hotel. There is a distinct lack of sound isolation between rooms which can be unpleasant, though they do provide earplugs. The location is great and the clientele seems vibrant and sociable, but the management leaves something to be desired.

Guest services was amazing, communicating via text every day and inquiring if we needed anything. The room was clean and spacious as advertised. The lobby coffee bar had fanstastic Empanadas. Very close to an indoor shopping mall. Would recommend for someone looking for a boutique vibe and okay with a 5 minute walk to the beach.
