Hotel under construction, holes in the walls behind the nightstands, extension cord run underneath the mattress I have to think is a fire hazard and orange traffic cones in the hallway to my room that looked like a murder scene. Oh yea, they also had a huge event at the hotel that night, so it was noisy as all good out until late. Overall, a horrible experience. Don’t stay at this place.

The room was acceptable. The front desk staff was not. arrived at Miami airport after 1am and called the hotel for the shuttle. The front desk clerk informed me that the shuttle was on the way. After 30 minutes I called back to the hotel and the front desk clerk said the shuttle driver was on break. After waiting over an hour, I called back and the shuttle driver arrives and hour and a half later. When I arrived at the hotel the same front desk clerk was there with an attitude. Next morning, I called the front desk for a ride to the Miami port that showed $17 for the trip from the hotel to the Port. The front desk clerk assigned me a ride that cost me $85 instead. Will never do this again...

Room was smelly, dirty spots on sheets I called front desk multiple times from the room to change sheets ,they never answered the phone (what if it was an emergency!!!) Breakfast was not included as advertised in Expedia I paid for it . And was not worth the price ,very few choices

It was so hot in the room, the AC didn't work well and wouldn't go down to the temperature I would like, so I could cool down the room, bed was uncomfortable and when I got there and tried to check in, was told I had to wait due to them giving out room day passes, so they had no rooms available, even though I paid and was checking in at the time the staff said we could. The lady at the front desk, told me "your right you should be able to check in but there is nothing I can do for you besides say sorry youll have to wait for a room. Only reason im giving 2 stars was do to one of the staff in the restaurant. Will not stay again. Waste of money

Our Experience at Regency Miami Airport Hotel We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. To start, we waited 45 minutes for the “free hotel shuttle,” only to find out that the property does not have its own shuttle. They share a shuttle with several other hotels, including all the Sonesta hotels. We ended up calling the hotel for help, but the front desk staff member had difficulty communicating in English and raised their voice at me instead of assisting. When we finally arrived, the front desk agent did not greet us at all—no “hello,” no acknowledgment—and the check-in process for just two rooms took over 20 minutes. Each time I asked if everything was okay with our reservation, the only response I got was “good,” without further explanation. Our rooms were located on the 4th floor, and the condition of both rooms shocked us. There was visible mold, the carpet was dirty and dusty, and the bathroom was in poor condition. The musty smell in the room was overwhelming. Our son’s room down the hall had the same issues. The next morning, my son and his girlfriend went down for the free breakfast that was included when I booked the rooms—but the hotel staff refused to honor it and told them they had to pay $27 USD per person. Be very cautious if you book this hotel expecting breakfast to be included. Take a screenshot of the listing, or better yet, avoid booking here entirely. Overall, the staff we encountered were unhelpful, rude, and had difficulty communicating, which made

Just minor - couple of hairs found in the bathroom (long dark one on the edge of the tub, and one on the wall too). Can hear the airplanes. Will be using the free shuttle to airport (didn't know it had one to the cruise ship terminal!). Pool was very 'refreshing' as it's not heated (I do believe this is typical in Miami). Overall, good price point, got checked in a few hours early! Stored our luggage so we could explore while killing time in the am after arriving from a cruise.

Shuttle from the airport was great, but they changed our room type from 2 queen to king without any notice and they were sold out. Since I was traveling with my mom, it was not comfortable at all and has to sleep on a sofa. The AC was loud, room didn’t feel clean, bathroom fan was not working. No water in the room.

Dozens of people were in line waiting for 3:00 to be allowed to check in. This delayed everyone's checking in. When I finally got to the counter, my reservation could not be found,even with my confirmation number. The size room I had reserved was not available and I was given a smaller room.

The guy staff member at the counter around 11:30 PM on December 4th was very rude, not proactive, and quite disrespectful to everyone waiting to check in. On top of that, the shuttle bus took about 1 hour and 10 minutes to pick us up at the airport. The room was just okay — the carpet needs an upgrade, and the AC was extremely loud.
