The only negative was I didn’t realize the parking situation and ended up getting towed. Paid $400 and spent 4 hours of a 2.5 day vacation dealing with it. Would appreciate a heads up since most people visiting are not familiar with the parking rules. Then paid $90 for the hotel to valet it. Staff and property were all top notch!!

Great boutique experience with excellent customer service, as well as nice guest experiences. Prior to arriving, I received great communication and it continued throughout our stay. The special touches like complimentary Prosecco upon arrival and wine hour. The hotel is also within walking distance to great restaurants and a close car ride to the beach.

Our only issue was that the room was too cold and there was no way of adjusting the temperature other than Turing off the AC all together. Otherwise, fantastic stay.

UMA house is our new place to stay in Miami. Excellent location, beautiful facilities and a friendly staff made our stay wonderful. Loved being greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne upon check-in. Room was clean and spacious. We had shared that we were celebrating our 30th Anniversary and we found a bottle of champagne with a nice note congratulating us waiting for us in our room. The pool area was gorgeous and a nice retreat after spending time at the beach. My husband accidentally left 5 pairs of his shoes at the hotel. We didn’t discover until we had left port for our cruise. Being at sea, we couldn’t contact the hotel for 3 days and I figured shoes would be lost/thrown away. When we finally were able to contact hotel was very happy to learn shoes were still there and waiting on our return. UMA House exceeded our expectations on every level. We will be returning!
