The staff at the Marlin were incredibly friendly. Even though my two sisters and I only stayed for one day after a cruise, we felt right at home. The location was perfect for walking and exploring. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great experience at the Marlin. The room was nice and clean, and the restaurant had tasty food and friendly staff. The only con was the mandatory $35 per night fee to use beach towels and other benefits that we didn't use.

We were there during Christmas and it was a great experience from start to finish. The check in was smooth and they were accommodating of an early check-in. The hotel location is perfect for South Beach. The room and building were very clean. The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing and did get a discount as a hotel guest. I do recommend the stay here and will choose to stay again at the hotel. Overall a smooth and wonderful experience!

Hotel is in a great location. As much money as this hotel makes..they need to update. My tv didn't work..the front desk guy got frustrated after working on 35 mins..He decided he would take a resort fee night off..which is a whole different story. You will pay deposit and resort fee.But great location to everything.

Loved our stay at The Marlin Hotel! Beautiful Art Deco building, clean and modern rooms, and an unbeatable location just steps from the beach and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. No pool, but the beach is right there. would definitely stay again!
