Pros: close to the airport and to port and a short uber away from little Havana and downtown. Property is cute in a quaint Florida summer house kind of way. Bar on site was a cool vibe and seemed very fun. King bed was comfortable and the room seemed clean. There is no individual air conditioning in the room it is central ac but I found the rooms a comfortable temperature. Cons: there are no elevators. I would not recommend if you have mobility issues - even the reception desk is up a small set of stairs. Getting to our room on the third floor with heavy bags was somewhat difficult due to the amount of stairs. There was a place for us to store our luggage as we arrived early which was nice. Many people were checking in at the same time and there was only one employee at the desk so it took a long time. We checked in at 4pm and some of the couples ahead of us were asked to wait an addtional amount of time for their rooms to be cleaned (even though check in was at 3pm). The other negative was the noise. The restaurant had a DJ and was open until 0100 am with loud music. The hotel is also very close to major roadways and the traffic noise was very loud until very late at night. I used earplugs and had no issues with this but it may bother some. This hotel would be a good option for younger travellers on a budget. If you’ve stayed at nicer hostels and dont mind taking stairs then you would enjoy it. I would not recommend to older people or those with mobility issues

We were in a two-bedroom, older apartment. It was clean. The apartment has two floors with the bedrooms upstairs. The stairs inside the apartment are steep even for young people. The bedrooms are a good size. The living area downstairs is a good size. I would stay here again. If you are a light sleeper, this location might not work for you due to traffic, parties, and roosters. Yes, roosters. 😂 The parking lot has about 20-ish parking spots total. There are a few parking spots on the street.

The property is worn down and dirty. It’s falling apart and needs serious updates. My bedding was dirty, every sheet had a stain but when I told the staff he gave me ONE clean flat sheet and said “this is all I have” I let him know that I was allergic to down comforters and he didn’t have anything to offer me so I froze all night. There was some sort of TERRIBLE karaoke going on until 1am right outside my room. The bass was so loud it was shaking the bed. I didn’t sleep more than an hour and left this location as early as possible in the morning. This is not a hotel as advertised on Expedia. It’s a courtyard of old houses with NO ELEVATOR!!!! I carried my 60 pound suitcase up and down three flights of stairs! I would recommend for people to stay anywhere BUT this place.

I really liked this property. I liked that it had a very private cottage feel to it instead of a standard hotel. I liked that this property is quietly tucked away in a neighborhood and not a business district so there wasn't alot of touristy, busy walking traffic nearby. Parking was plentiful if you get there early

the room was cute but the bed broke in the middle of the night,there were cucarach in the room .the air conditioning is the same for the hall building i got a the private room and i couldn't sleep all night with the loud noise from the street .

Bonne localisation (25-30 min a pieds de Bayfront park). Resto bar TiKi style tres stylé ouvert de 6pm a 1am. Chambre grande et propre. Seul bemol est le wifi mais bon, il fonctionne et est gratuit. Bryan a la réception est très gentil et accomodant.

DO NOT STAY HERE. These people have NO clue how to maintain a safe and hospitable stay. The lock plate on the door frame was bashed in rendering the lock and door handle useless. The rear sliding door, also had a broken locking mechanism, was terrible and half the lock plate was missing. The AC was completely crap. Very humid in the room. DO NOT be misled by these photos. I’m not even sure Expedia cares they are promoting a misleading hotel room. Oh and getting your money back is pretty slim. Expedia generally won’t refund and this hotel refuses to provide refunds. Be careful. You’ve been warned.

No bar in this hotel. It is too expensive for the service you have in. It is extremeky close to the highway and to the bridge that opens during the night with lot of noise.

Parking was good. There was no a/c in room, only fan that worked with light on. There was no microwave, fridge, or coffee in room. The continental breakfast was a $4 fritatta and $3 cup of coffee. The room access was by touchpad on door . . We succeeded entry into room 6 out of 100 tries in 26 hour stay . . . Could not find restaurant within 9 block area . . The staff was very nice. In another time and situation, would have been amusing. We cut our stay short x 2 days
