The location of this hotel was perfect. Their outside lounge area was great. The hotel was outdated and the tv did not work. We called the front office several times and they did not answer. We went in person to ask about the tv which was not working for over a day and asked if the tv can be switched but they stated it couldnt be done or even offer for us to switch rooms.

The suite was in unacceptable condition. The floors were so dirty that the bottoms of my feet turned black from walking barefoot from the bathroom to the living area. The couch had a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the room. I requested housekeeping, but the suite remained filthy afterward. The lack of communication and effective problem-solving has been extremely frustrating. Considering this was a suite, I can only imagine the condition of standard rooms. I am still waiting to hear back after being told the issue had been resolved.

The room was nice and clean my only complaint is 150 deposit when according to Expedia I was expected to pay $20 resort fee I was charged a $170 at check-in with no explanation next time I will book directly with the establishment. Also it sucks they don’t let you order room service if there is an event going on at the restaurant since there are no dining options nearby you have to use Ubereats, DoorDash , etc

Apparently no elevator and the rooms were pretty shabby, dirty. Ours smelled like someone had been smoking in it and the shower clogs immediately so you are ajowering with about 10 inches of water. The sheets made us all itchy.

El hotel está sumamente descuidado, no parece el mismo que el de las fotografías. Los pasillos tienen goteras, no sirven las luces, el elevador es viejo y no funciona bien, las tinas se filtra el agua abajo del piso y se siente el movimiento de agua en los pies, no hicieron la limpieza en toda la estadía a pesar de haberlo requerido en repetidas ocasiones, lo único bonito es la recepción, pero todo lo demás está sumamente descuidado. La caja fuerte no sirve, el shampoo es de suma mala calidad. Pésima experiencia, en mi vida lo volvería a considerar para hospedarme allí. Completamente decepcionante. Se tardan 1:30 en subir una toalla.

You are getting what you are paying for plus a really nice view. We got a room in the fifth floor on the "old building", the view was amazing. The elevator was not working,but we don't care that much going up through stairs. The only concern is that they have two parking lots but the one that we are allowed to use is too far away of the building (like we have to go around on the outside of the hotel to get there, or go through the pool or restaurant, which you can only do if you are coming back early) and what turned out 5 stars into 3 is that the card key deactivated, so after going up all those floors with luggage, we had to go down again because the card was not working and going up again. Once again, we don't care about stairs, but my husband is clearly overweight. If an elevator is not working staff should let you know ahead or offer help with luggages or something. We were good, but some people suffer health condition or cannot carry luggages for long walks plus 5 floors.

The room was great but the keys that I got kept not working after I left and come back. I had to reactivate at the front desk on the first few days for room 318z Finally a different front desk staff activate two new key cards for me and I didn’t have any problems after that. I think next time if the key cards kept not working after one use, please change to a new key cards for the guests to save the hassles. Overall, great rooms though walls are thin. The visitor’s store staffs were very friendly and I like that they have a microwave there for guests. Overall, smooth stay. Would recommend it. :)

I was very disappointed because they don't clean the room every day. I requested cleaning service and they said they would, but they didn't. I didn't like their service.
