「My first stay was insanely good, a week later when I came back for my second, a completely different story, unprepared, no parking despite being told there was, told to run around a hotel at 2am getting a pas from from of their other apartments lockboxes, only to find a party going on and the pass missing, rude, had to chase for over a week to get the night of parking I had to pay for refunded and then it was a argument. Shame, first stay was great, second stay ruined it.」

「Best thing about the room was the location. IMO, the description and photos were quite deceptive. The space was much smaller than depicted and the view of the bay could only be seen from the corner of the small bedroom. Also, the balcony was NOT usable at all. There was barely enough room to open the door and step out onto the ledge to see the bay much less have the option to sit for a while. More disappointing than that was the extremely loud AC unit. The air conditioner fan was so loud...

「Location is perfect. The hotel is very beautiful. Rooms are fine. Large. My concern was a huge charge they made besides the actual Price given by Expedia in the price. It was hundreds of dollars of "Resort Fees". I could have stayed at the Four Seasons counting that Charge. I would not stay again at this hotel. There are plenty of hotels at this level with much better amenities, same location, nicer Lobby, elevators, room area, guest bedrooms.」
