「Great property」

「Overall it was okay」

「The property is in a good location but the apartment need maintenance its clean but have many maintenance detail. Its a property if you want to party but for family i doesn't recommend. The outside of the property is under renovation so no access to balcony, fresh air or view of the ocean. I think it will take 8 to 12 month the renovation. Many detail inside the apartment that need attention.」

「La habitacion perfecta,muy facil el ingreso al igual que el parking. Muy amable el due;o que nos facilito todo lo que le pedimos. Incluso el late check out. Todo estuvo muy bien. La ubicacion perfecta, muchos negocios, incluso frente a la estacion Brickell del Metromover, que te facilita todo incluso sin usar tu automovil. Volveremos pronto!! gracias por su hospitalidad. 「We stayed at The Elser for our anniversary, and overall if was a wonderful experience. The property was very nice and clean, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from our room-we were even able to watch the cruise ships depart from the Port of Miami. The location is excellent, Bayside Marketplace is directly across the street, offering plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. 「This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The main issue was staff and coordination, which was completely unacceptable. After finally being allowed into the room, later that same night staff knocked on my door and told me I still needed to complete check-in, as if they had no idea I was already inside the room.
