「This is my new hotel for Miami trip. Great location and everything was great! Love this place.」

「We booked with guaranteed free parking in the price, but once we got there the host told us it was full and we had to pay to park, the host was rude and unhelpful about it. Check in was a hassle, and contacting him was just as difficult. Inside, it smelled like dog pee, the sheets were dirty, and we even found old underwear under the couch. We had to wash the sheets ourselves the next day. Overall, one of the worst experiences we’ve had very disappointing. I dont reccomend to anyone !」

「I never got the email on how to check in. I was sitting on the street for 45 minutes until it was resolved, I had to call to 4 different phone numbers. The wifi network never showed up, I reached out and they didn't do anything. The blinders were stuck so I couldn't open them at all. The place overall is good and the location is great but it's not worth the hassle. So many other good options in the area.」

「We stayed at The Elser for our anniversary, and overall if was a wonderful experience. The property was very nice and clean, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from our room-we were even able to watch the cruise ships depart from the Port of Miami. The location is excellent, Bayside Marketplace is directly across the street, offering plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. 「This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The main issue was staff and coordination, which was completely unacceptable. After finally being allowed into the room, later that same night staff knocked on my door and told me I still needed to complete check-in, as if they had no idea I was already inside the room. 「Everything was more than I expected. The room was clean, big, and in the perfect location in the building. When I go back to Miami I would only like to stay here. You will not be disappointed!」

「We were unable to stay at this property and the person at the door would not us in. The person I spoke to by phone insisted someone(unidentified) sent me an email saying there was no vacancy. There was no email and I prepaid for two nights. We had to find another place at 1:30 am. Glad we had rented a car.」
