"It’s a very well maintained property and the check in/out process was very smooth as you can just walk in and go to a kiosk to complete all processes. Everything is automated which saved time for us."

"Hotel is close to the airport. I am an avid traveler and I always leave an honest non-biased opinion. For being a Hyatt property, typically these are really nice and service is always excellent. If I could cancel my reservarions for the next night I have to stay here I would. We arrived early evening, there was no one in line waiting to check in. It took for ever for someone to come and check us in. The breakfast they offer is very good. I am not sure if the hotel was fully booked, but plan on having no hot water to shower. If you do not mind cold showers then tou will have no issues. The cleanliness of the property is good."

"Nice location easy to find. Just don’t park on the street, you will get a parking ticket like I did. No issues with check-in or checkout. The free towels and beach chairs are a nice extra."

"Nice ocean view, room was comfy, however only 2 elevators working out if 4. And no jacuzzi, would have been nice with the cold weather. "
