「My room had a portable air-conditioning that wasn’t working took hours before it cooled down. Wasn’t even a water glass in the room. No morning coffee until 8 o’clock. I had to go down the street to buy coffee somewhere else. They should’ve changed my room and they were not full, but they didn’t.」

「The rooms smelled like mold to the point of your throat burning. Tried covering it up with Pinesole Had to change rooms. Still smelled like mold but less than the other room. Ther refrigerator didn't work in either room. The pool water looked like every kid in the neighborhood swam in it. They offered beach chairs which was cool until they were pulled out of a closet with mold. Not ideal in 97* weather. I literally checked out the next day. Asked for my $200 security back and she said she had to...

「Good location, boutique hotel. The bathroom is pretty small and it is hard to put your toothbrushes there. It is an old hotel, so the rooms have vintage feel, which comes with fewer amenities. There is no parking, but the valet is available and decently priced, just make sure that you order your car well ahead, if you need it.」
