"Everything was great. The one issue was the sensors in the mini bar which ended up charging me for drinks that i never used even though i brought it to the attention of the front desk twice. Really stupid setup, and very untrustworthy way to scam guests."

"Love the huge room (especially staying here after a cruise with cramped quarters). The private beach area was very clean and well maintained. The sand felt so good and stretched out far into the ocean so even small children can enjoy being in the water (with adult supervision, of course). We originally weren't sure if we were going to stay here or at another hotel also with beachfront access - glad we chose this one. The resort really gave the Miami vibe - would definitely stay here again."

"What I liked most about The National was the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff was very helpful, professional, and accommodating. The outdoor pools were luxurious and well maintained. The beach was nice, although it was fairly typical for the Miami area. Overall, Miami is a beautiful destination, and I enjoyed my experience at the hotel."
