"We had a wonderful stay at this resort, and overall, everything was perfect. My wife and I stayed for 6 days, and we truly enjoyed our time here. The resort was beautiful, the amenities were great, and most of the staff made our experience very enjoyable. The only issue we had during our stay was with the housekeeping service in the Chatu Tower. It was usually the same housekeeping lady, who I believe was named Yani, although I may be mistaken about her name. Unfortunately, every time my wife or I politely asked her to clean our room, she seemed to have an attitude and would talk back to us. We were always respectful and friendly toward her, so this was disappointing. During our entire 6-day stay, we only requested that our room be cleaned twice. On one of those days, my wife even called the front desk to request housekeeping, and she was told that the housekeeping lady had reported that she had already cleaned our room that morning. However, our room had not been cleaned at all that day. That was especially frustrating because we simply wanted the housekeeping service that was supposed to be provided. Aside from this one issue, we had an amazing time and really enjoyed the resort. Everything else was excellent, and we would still recommend staying here. I just hope management addresses the housekeeping situation in the Chatu Tower so future guests don’t have the same experience."
