「我定这个hotel纯粹是因为有洗衣机，但需要在楼下小卖部自购洗衣液。可以免费借用沙滩巾，另外，凭酒店voucher可以在马路对面的沙滩免费使用2把沙滩椅和1把遮阳伞。酒店附近的河边就有迈阿密沙滩区的免费trolley可以乘坐，前往南海滩应乘坐Middle Beach Loop。」

「Hallways and rooms not clean. Maintenance guy was nice. Housekeeping staff was rude. Good location but the service here isn’t good. Booked a room and showed up an hour after check in time and still waited almost 2 hours to get a room bc a mistake was made where the door code was sent to us and another guest - giving us both access. Not sure how often that happens but makes me concerned for security and safety」

They tried to get you to Rent A. Car through them instead of whoever you booked the car with waited for 2 to 3 hours to try to get a Rent-A-Car then couldn’t get it in the...

「Took management company almost 48 hrs to respond for a request for towels and toilet paper after leaving 2 messages, 2 phone calls which weren't answered nor allowed to leave a message. Bathroom was a mess... Caulking very messy and start of mold growing. 」

「I want to dispute the charge for this hotel. We were NEVER provided the correct door code to enter the building. We had to use a wet floor sign to have entry back inside of the hotel each time we went out. Trying to get someone on the phone was NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. I will NEVER STAY AT A ROAMI AGAIN!」

「Very run down and basic but in a great location and relatively clean. All the critical reviews before ours are not inaccurate. Here is our experience: The Miami Beach Boardwalk is very close but the unit can get very noisy at night with vehicle and pedestrian traffic on Collins Ave and with some of the 'windows' being plastic panels with gaps.
