Great little Hotel. The only issue was there was alot of noise coming from the 7th floor on 2 of the 3 night we were there. Sounded like construction or remodeling. Very loud bangs and sounds of furniture being moved around almost all night. It made it very difficult to sleep soundly. We were woken up every few minutes by it.

Room is clean . Coffee tea shd be provided esp your paying extra to resort fees which is mandatory. The ROKU tv keeps on getting disconnected internet thru out the stay. One minute of watching it’s gone. They can not provide wash cloth unless you request for it. The receptionist said that they don’t provide washcloth.. Location of hotel is great

The service was excellent and the property was so cute. No need for amenities, as Miami Beach is one block away. There was a mandatory $20 charge (which we were unaware of prior to check-in), but that gave access to the beach, lounge chair, umbrella and a beach towel from the front desk. The vibe is “beach house inspired”. We would stay there again in a heart beat.

Everything was spotless — the hotel was very clean and beautifully maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The entire staff was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Yaima at the front desk — she was so welcoming and attentive, and truly made us feel taken care of. It’s always the people (and the little details) that make a place special, and this team does it beautifully. We would absolutely stay here again! ✨

The hotel from the outside and when you first walk into the lobby it’s STUNNING! very nice . But the floor I was on was trencherous, not finished and every morning during my stay something was being worked on so all you heard was noise banging and drilling . It seemed as if me and my friends were the only ones put in that floor while others ( White people ) were put in higher floors that didn’t look like my floor AT ALL!! All other floors looked really nice and completed . & I asked can I be moved to a higher floor something completed and was told everything was sold out but really I just feel as if they didnt want to accommodate us . It sucks but I’ll never stay here again. & what they portray online is not what it is in person atleast for me!

The property was very clean and the staff was absolutely wonderful. The beach access was across the street. Walking distance from a store/pharmacy was a block away. Plus you were walking distance from a few restaurants that were pretty good. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The staff were very friendly , i worked with 2 at the front desk, nice and shared information answered my questions while paying attention. They were invested in me enjoying my stay. The lady serving breakfast was also very nice, she engaged us all in ensuring we made good choices on food

Front desk accommodated us when our flight was cancelled, allowing us to store our bags until flight time, that was very kind and helpful of them. This hotel is a beauty and in a central location.
