「I had a great stay at Kimpton EPIC Hotel Miami. The location is excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant.
I would especially like to highlight Hazel for her outstanding service. She was extremely friendly, patient, and professional throughout my stay, always willing to help and making me feel truly welcomed. Her positive attitude really made a difference and added a lot to the overall experience.
I would definitely stay here again...

「The property was beautiful! We traveled as a family of 4 and there was more that enough space for everyone. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable & The kitchen was well equipped. It's a short walk to many shops and restaurants. Our host were amazing from beginning to end. We left a iPhone and apple watch and they went out of they're way to find our items and ship them back to us. We can't wait to stay here again. 」
