I came here a few years ago and felt pretty good, but this time the experience was too bad. The noise of the air conditioner was so bad that I couldn't sleep, and the sound insulation was poor. I could hear the conversation in the next room, and the restroom fan was broken. won't come back here any more!!!!

I spent 7 nights there. The first 2 nights were perfect. However, from the third night on the cleaning staff did not make my room up. I had to contact the reception several times for someone to clean my room BUT the worst this happened when I checked out. The hotel staff got me an Uber driver because it was supposed to be cheaper than taxis but that guy (a venezuelian driver) charged me 55 DOLLARS for that ride. I felt robbed! It was 3 am, no traffic, I did not carry big heavy bags with me. What kind of "HELP" did the hotel staff provide? I was told many times (by th hotel receptionists) that normal yellow taxis were very expensive and stuff, but they recommended a real scammer to take me to the airport. That was my LAST stay at this hotel.

Staff was awesome! Held our luggage for free until check in as we had just gotten off a cruise and didn’t want to hall it around. They are extremely curious and friendly! Great location!

One of the two elevators was broken!!!! Luckily we were just on the fourth floor because we ended up having to carry our suitcases up all those stairs. The one elevator that was working broke down a couple times, which sucked superbly. I’m grateful we weren’t on the 14th floor because SHEEEESH! I gave the property an overall 4 because the check in staff was absolutely amazing and the location is prime but get that elevator together and it would be a 5.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The location is great, especially if you’re cruising from Port of Miami - that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. All ice machines were all broken. No usb plug outlets in the rooms (tv was super old, decor is very old, NOTHING like the photos you see online!!!!). Filthy bathroom, trash cans not emptied. Bathroom mirror was broken. Bugs in the window. Carpet was ripped up in multiple spots. Paint was splattered everywhere in the room and the beds looked like a five year old made them. Elevator was so slow, had to wait in a huge line every single time to use it, waited over 15 minutes just to get in it. We were on the 10th floor so hauling huge suitcases up the stairs with kids wasn’t an option. Checking in took forever. Service was horrible. Water was leaking out of an air conditioning vent in the ceiling in the lobby and soaked one of our bags while we were waiting forever to check in. WORST HOTEL I have ever stayed at, it felt like a $50 a night dirty roadside motel, absolutely horrible. The nightly rate is astronomical for what this place is, AND they charge a resort fee which is insane. Spoke to the staff about the lack of ice and extreme elevator wait times and his response was “we have complimentary water in the lobby while you wait”. Don’t be like me: stay ANYWHERE else.

There are only two elevators in this establishment and one was broken. We climbed 16 flights of stairs with luggage twice due to slowness and too many people waiting. This was completely ridiculous and I can honestly say I will never stay here again. It was convenient and close to activities but not worth even a fraction of what we paid.

Save yourself the frustration and stay elsewhere. First, there is only one very small working elevator, this is a major issue when everyone is leaving for checkout with luggage. Second, the hotel itself and rooms were dirty, with major structural issues and dingy carpets. Third, we requested a fridge in the room for medical reasons upon booking (which should be standard) and on arrival were told they were not aware of the request and could not accommodate. The front desk attendant literally looked at me and said “oh well” and I said oh well nothing this is a necessity, find me a fridge. The first fridge he brought to the room had curdled spoiled ice cream inside which smelled awful. He tried to clean it with a towel, and eventually left and returned with a “clean” fridge. The best thing about this hotel stay was leaving. The concierge was helpful with booking a shuttle to the port, and a female front desk attendant in the morning was also helpful. The location was convenient with a CVS across the street and close to port. I would never stay here again, nor would anyone in our party of 20!
