The room was nice and clean. Check in was terrible. Long and unnecessary at midnight. Even though we paid in full on Expedia, they insisted on a resort fee of $40. We got to our room close to 1:00 AM, and checked out the next morning. We had no time for the resort so it made no sense to be charged.

The room was amazing and the staff were great! The only complaint i have is there was alot of construction around, so it was a bit weird walking to and from the building. Not much The Crosby could do about that, so I don't count it against them.

I had a truly excellent stay and felt comfortable from the very first moment. The apartment was extremely clean, brand new, modern, and very well equipped — everything I needed was there. The high-quality cotton bedding ensured great sleep, and the overall standard exceeded expectations. The amenities are fantastic. The rooftop is amazing, with beautiful views, and the hot tub is especially enjoyable on cooler days. Everything is clearly very well maintained and carefully looked after. There are also dedicated areas for breakfast and quiet, separated workspaces, which makes it easy to relax or work peacefully away from the common areas. The staff were professional, friendly, and very responsive. All my questions were answered quickly, and anything I needed was taken care of immediately. Even though there is construction nearby, it did not affect the calm and restful atmosphere at all. The location is one of the biggest advantages. Bayfront Park, Bayside Marketplace, and the Miami Worldcenter area are all just a few minutes’ walk away, offering restaurants, nightlife, waterfront walks, and attractions — perfect for enjoying the city both day and night without needing a car. Wynwood, the Design District, and Brickell are about 10 minutes away, and Miami Beach is easy to reach by Uber or public transportation, including free local options. The Brightline station is also very close.

Not a hotel. It's a condo in a construction zone. Upon arrival I had to double park on the street. No valet, no bellman, no place to pull in to drop off your luggage and no on-site parking. Nearest pareas 4.5 blocks away. 11 minute walk. BUT it gets worse.. Upon checkout the steet on front of the hotel was totally closed. Had to make 3 round trips from the Crosby to my parked car. Room was a 1 bedroom apartment. It was functional but lacked hotel quality finishes. And don't get me started on the resort fee. This place should not be on expedia.com

for starters trying to contact the resort was such a hassle, they never answered their phones and only texted making it difficult to communicate. The main reason I booked this hotel was for the sauna and jacuzzi, they failed to tell us until we arrived that they were both broken, also they failed to tell us they were surrounded by construction and half the roads to go places were detoured. I will never be staying here again and make sure you call ahead and ask about their items as they will not tell you if they’re working.
