"Stayed in bay view two bedroom suite. Rooms, the gyms facilities were very nice. The elevator system was weird, took forever to come. The WiFi was incredibly slow and the cell signal was bad, so couldn’t really use either. The parking system didn’t make sense, many people were confused using the QR code to register and getting the car out of the garage near check out time took nearly 30 min. "

"Very old property, Desk staff rude and not helpful… The food was good and the breakfast buffet was pricey, but had a good variety. The air conditioner, blue, hot, humid air when the fan was on and then freezing cold air when the air conditioner was on, so never could get a very good temperature and very loud."

"Great hotel in the center of great food & shopping! Perfect for cruisers, as the terminal is a short drive away!"

"Nice rooms. For Downtown Worldcenter, parking is going to be very difficult due to construction. I suggest using Lyft, Uber, or a taxi if you don’t mind walking, as food and shopping options are available around the downtown area."

"Hallways smelled like mildew.. I was over charged 534$ .. called they said they would contact me in 24 hours… nothing… would never return! And will be fighting the charge!!! "
