「我定这个hotel纯粹是因为有洗衣机，但需要在楼下小卖部自购洗衣液。可以免费借用沙滩巾，另外，凭酒店voucher可以在马路对面的沙滩免费使用2把沙滩椅和1把遮阳伞。酒店附近的河边就有迈阿密沙滩区的免费trolley可以乘坐，前往南海滩应乘坐Middle Beach Loop。」

Couldn’t brush my teeth how to get bottled water couldn’t really take a shower cause the water smelled so bad.The car rental places were rude and beware of tollway pass and insurance are already have. They tried to get you to Rent A. Car through them instead of whoever you booked the car with waited for 2 to 3 hours to try to get a Rent-A-Car then couldn’t get it in the...

Everything is dilapidated, from the structural integrity of the room: walls, paint, fixtures, hardware, etc… Lights are flickering, holes in walls, shower not draining, the window is permanently cracked open because of air conditioner and water comes in when it rains, the WiFi doesn’t work, hair and sand all over the floors, there’s no heater in the room so the room gets very cold because of the current outside weather conditions… My sister...

「I want to dispute the charge for this hotel. We were NEVER provided the correct door code to enter the building. We had to use a wet floor sign to have entry back inside of the hotel each time we went out. Trying to get someone on the phone was NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. I will NEVER STAY AT A ROAMI AGAIN!」

「Rooms are dated and not as pictured. Rooms are not clean, rug and sofa had stains and dirt (which remained even after complaining). Lighting is terrible inside. Rooms are noisy since windows are low quality. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Staff is unwelcoming. 」
