"The place is great and the area is phenomenal. Almost everything is done online, including checking in and access to the entrance and the room. Cool concept. This is our second time there and we'd definitely stay there again next time we're in that area."

They gave us another room and “discounted” us the different between the room we booked and the one we got so essentially I paid full price for a room I didn’t book. He was not accommodating at all. "Just a block over from ocean drive. Located at 10th and Collins. It’s a bit Noisy. But you’re in south beach. Bar and restaurant on site. Oh and we got there at 10am and got a room right away. This will be my go to when cruising out of Miami."
