「The entrance to the hotel reception is not easy to find. They are all friendly and welcoming, but the hotel entrance is best on the side instead of going to the hotel restaurant.」

「You have to go to a restaurant to check in and how are you supposed to know this. The ice machine was out of ice when we left. The room could have had a microwave. The room was nice size and very clean. Plenty of food options nearby. Good location. Parking is at the local city parking lot which is $20 a day or hourly if you go in and out. The ad said the parking was $15.」

「The property is beautiful, room is clean and exactly in the pics and in prime location too. Definitely needs better management though it’s not enough for a one person to run the hotel their primary focus is on restaurant not hotel They need more people full time to run this place just for the hotel part NOT restaurant We will had a good time and like I said beautiful property 」

「The staff were great & very helpful. The room was clean, the location was awesome, & the parking area was close. The only complaint I would have would be the charge of the “resort” fee. This hotel had no “resort” amenities!」

「The kitchenette was well equipped. Could have used some dish detergent and some more towels for hand washing dishes. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The temperature controls and cooling system worked very well and quietly. Check in and communicate very easy. The room needs more hooks and towel bars. No where to dry out wet bathing suits and beach towels. Room was larger than expected. WiFi excellent. 」

「Really enjoyed our stay at the Pelican. It’s in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely. Costs were slightly excessive - we didn’t get the room we had booked. The resort fee was a bit disappointing as it didn’t include an umbrella at the beach (just chairs). We were also charged $75 for a crib for our 2 year old…」

「The apartment of floor to ceiling windows was very nice and spacious. Unfortunately the cleaning of it was a bit subpar with dust on much of the trim work/lamps. Unfortunately a number of lights did not work (incl some in master bath). We made 3 requests for maintenance—each w a quick reply msg that it would be addressed shortly with no one ever showing up—they stated they came & fixed the balcony light—yet there wasn’t even a light out there at all! Lol. Also we had no chairs on the balcony...
