"I feel like I was misled by all the fake online reviews. I honestly don’t understand how this is considered a 4-star hotel. The room was extremely small, the area didn’t feel safe at all, and the parking was very inconvenient. They charged $61 per night for parking, not the amount listed online, and added several extra fees even though I had already paid in full. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I would never recommend this hotel!!!"

"Staff were nice, hotel was clean, but amenities left a lot to be desired. Continental breakfast was okay. TV in room did not work. The AC unit only one setting, freezing. It would not change no matter how much you changed the temp. The water in the shower had two temperatures, hot and hotter. Had shut it off between lathering to tolerate. Not sure staff would’ve been able to do much about it. Location is a bit sketchy. Not necessarily a place I would want to be walking around at night. "
