"Staff was uneducated/ not trained well at front desk. She didn’t know what types of cards could b e used for deposit.. took extra 20 min. Not ok"

"The rooms were filthy. Dirty carpet. The bottom of the curtains had burn marks and there were burn marks on the carpet. A cockroach scattered across the bathroom floor when we arrived. One clerk was abrupt and seemed bothered by our presence at check-in. The lighting in the restaurant was almost non-existent - we had to use our phone flashlight to read the menu. One of the two washing machines was out of service in the laundry room and the staff was unhelpful when we needed change to use the machines. We arrived ahead of the check-in time and the front desk staff said she would contact us when our room was ready. We never heard from her and had to approach the desk twice to ask about our room."

"NASTY! Our room bathroom was used, smelled like pee and it had pubic hair on the toilet and bathtub. So disgusting! The shuttle bus schedule starts at 7am so if you have an earlier flight you have to pay for a taxi. I would NOT recommend this hotel. "
