"Front Desk staff exceptional (I think his name was Oscar?). Properties is comfortable & clean. Breakfast as great, all I need!"

"Even though it was only a 2 story building and being a bit older it was hard to pull our luggage up and down the stairs and the so called “buffet” breakfast was terrible. It was basically a bad continental breakfast. The potatoes and eggs were way way over cooked come like rubber. The pastries were set out had frozen. I would choose a different airport hotel next time."

"Mold in the bathroom, hair in the shower and on the hair dryer. Some random substance smeared on the walls. Chipped paint and drywall. Flooring not lining up with wall and other floor so filled with debris. Rusty lamps and fire sprinklers. Staff not very friendly or social. Looks like it doesn’t even get cleaned except a made bed. Needed to arrive 15 min early for the shuttle that showed up late. Located down an alley recommend using all of your door locks. Would need to pay me to stay here ever again."

"STAY AWAY! This is the worst hotel ever been to. The photos look nothing like the hotel in person. The entrance to the hotel is in a shopping mall plaza connected to stores. it is disgusting and It is so pungent with the smell of mold and cigarettes. The sheets and floors feel wet, and the staff is incredibly rude, we went to the front desk and asked for a refund and they told us that they couldn’t give us one unless they got approval from their GM so we sat there and waited for an hour to get a response from their GM who is nowhere to be found on a Saturday nightand finally when we got a hold of him he told us no, said we needed to cancel 24 hours in advance if we wanted any kind of refund but we booked the reservation 45 minutes before we got there so there was no way we were going to be able to. I urge you to save your money."
