At first there was a misunderstanding on my behalf to where I apologize to Pablo who was very helpful. I booked through Expedia and was paying at the property when I arrived. However, I went to sleep and woke up my reservation being canceled. I was 30 mins away from the hotel with my family. I was livid. However, I missed the call and message of Pablo reaching out due to me sleeping. Once arriving I was still able to book and the room was amazing. Pablo was very helpful and understanding. I appreciate him and all his help. Looking to book again for a family reunion. Thank you again.

Clean and service great. Breakfast was good also. only drawbac was in the listing it said there was an airport shuttle. The shuttle only runs from 9-5. We needed a 5am time so had to uber which was expensive going to the airport.

We originally chose this property because of its Hilton affiliation, looking forward to earning Honors points. Upon arrival, we discovered that bookings made through third parties like Expedia don't qualify for points. While this was a bit of a letdown, the front desk team handled the situation with such kindness and professionalism that we felt well-looked after regardless. In fact, the staff was the absolute heart of our experience. Every person we encountered was incredibly pleasant and went out of their way to be accommodating. We were also so impressed by the cleanliness; the property was kept in truly pristine condition throughout our visit, which made us feel right at home. As we were there for a longer trip, we noticed a few things that might help other families plan. The daily breakfast is a wonderful, convenient start for a short stay, though it did feel a bit repetitive after several days. Additionally, cooking for the family was a creative challenge, as the kitchen is equipped with a single portable convection stove rather than a full range. The location itself is lovely! Being within walking distance of Doral Park was a massive highlight for our daughter, who spent hours enjoying the playground. While the nearby dining options are a bit pricey, having major shopping malls just a 5 to 10-minute drive away was incredibly convenient. Overall, while we’d recommend this for a quick getaway, it’s worth noting these small hurdles if you're planning a long-term fam
