BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! So many hidden fees from valet only parking $48 per day(they don’t have a garage to park or parking spaces available), resort fees $35 per day(to use their internet & Pool) $148 deposit fee per day. Which they start deducting everything from that deposit fee. The rooms are smaller than my room on the cruise ship. It was horrible and will never book there again. I called Expedia the next morning after check in and stated my issues and asked for a refund for the rest of my stay because I didn’t want to stay there another day and Thankfully Expedia was able to fight for my refund and we left and found a better hotel to spend our vacation in. Thanks Expedia for making this horrible experience turn out better for us.

I am paralyzed and fell off. Bathroom chair was supposed to have certain measurements, but it seemed like even a midget could not use this kind of chair. The rooms were really tiny and although they said it was ADA accessible, it was just not practical because it was super tiny and again the seat was unbearable.

This hotel is really nice and modern, lively. Nice touches like fortune cookie at check in, room clean, quiet, comfy yet smaller double beds, nespresso. It is close to many restaurant options. The overall service is prompt and swift by text message. Food at restaurant was tasty. $15 daily credit was nice to try drinks at bar. Pool area is perfect one depth and not too crowded. Nice towels/water. They closed it one day though while the storm had clearly passed. Nice terrace with some games on 3rd floor. Attended comedy show as well for free - nice perk. Also some Brasil live music was playing on Friday night. You can order food like flatbreads downstairs and bring it up for no fee. Area around in some streets is not great if walking for people not used to urban living in big cities. Some homelessness, construction of new buildings, some decay, empty industrial lots with debris, odd fence. No grocery or convenience store that I could find that is fairly priced. Free trolley or Metromover to Bayfront and Downtown is not easy to manoeuver. Overall though good value for money.

Hotel was ok. To begin our stay there was an $500 deposit that wasn’t stated anywhere in the “fine print”. Travel with kids and didn’t have access to the pool 4 out of our 5day stay due to the pool being booked for a private parties (adults only), mini fridge in the room was filled with mini bar options no room to put our own drinks and thing had to take everything out, no microwave in room but staff was able to bring one up upon request we just had to find somewhere to put it. Booked a room for four people had 4 big towels and a foot towel only no washcloths or hand towels when asked for washcloth housekeeping came to my room trying to figure out what I needed but didn’t speak English so that was a fail ended up just finding a Walmart and buying sponges to wash with for our stay. Hotel was located in an ok area one side you’d see homeless people or addicts sleeping on the street and on the other side was plenty of restaurants with decent food. We were about 12 mins away from the Wynwood design district but right down the street from paradox museum which my kids LOVED! Hotel Parking was valet only for $65/day which came out of deposit or find street parking which you still had to pay about $120/day. Overall our stay was ok because we managed to find things that were in close proximity but all in all wont be staying at this hotel again just wasn’t worth the money spent.

Great location in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami filled with great restaurants and art all within walking distance from the hotel! The hotel itself also has fun events each night, and the staff are really helpful and hospitable. Only feedback is that the rooms were not fully clean. There was quite a bit of dust under the beds. Other than that, I would recommend staying at this hotel!

We had an issue in the room with 2 cockroaches in the room, and we got moved to a smaller room which was not as accommodating as the first one . I understand that this can happen , but I feel i got downgraded with my accommodation, especially because this was of no fault of mine . Would I stay here again ? Probably not .
