The apartment was clean and the building is nice and new. I stayed here because it was central to everything 5 minute walk to brightline, 3 minute walk to my daughter’s apartment, very central. The clientele at this building was scary though, very ghetto and I’d not stay there again.

The property was great and in a great location for our needs. We were in Miami for the World Cup. Only two complaints. There was two of us sharing the unit and required separate beds. The pull out couch had no bedding. When we realised this we reached out and asked for bedding. We assured them there was no extra bedding in the closets and sent pictures to confirm. We were told bedding would be dropped off but it never appeared. I spent 3 nights with a tiny blanket over me. Second complaint was the size and lack of towels. Not a major issue but the towels were on the small side and only one each. Communication was ok and took and while to receive a reply. Apart from that, the unit was as described, clean and great for our needs.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Miami for three days. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their kindness and professionalism. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The hotel’s location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and the beach. The amenities were great, and everything exceeded my expectations. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the exceptional customer service throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami, whether for business or vacation. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable—I look forward to staying here again!

The hotel & staff were very nice what I had a problem with was the host said there would be a key fob available in the unit so we could use the amenities, well we went to the pool but couldn’t get in, went down to concierge and they let us know we needed a key fob to get into the pool. We called tbe host & he said it was in the room, we looked everywhere and let him know it was not, he said since it was the weekend no one could come and look for the key fob in the room till after 2 p.m he no one ever came & he never messaged saying no one would be available to come, long story short we couldn’t use any of the amenities because they did not provide us with a key fob, the main reason we rented there was because of the pool. Super disappointing also asked for some time of refund host never even read the message.
