"I visited Miami for vacation and stayed at this hotel for one night. I arrived at the hotel around 3 PM, and there were two receptionists at the front desk. I asked one of them—a shorter woman—about the check-in time, and she told me it was 4 PM. I then asked if early check-in was possible and said I was willing to pay an additional fee. However, the receptionist responded with an annoyed tone and an unfriendly attitude. She looked bothered and answered my questions in a rude manner, which made the experience very unpleasant. When I finally got to the room, I found a small fly inside. The bathroom sink drained very slowly, and after taking a shower I tried to use the hair dryer, but it was broken. I went down to the front desk to ask if I could replace it with another one, but I was told there wasn’t one available. In the end, I had no choice but to go to bed with wet hair. Overall, this stay was quite disappointing."

"My first stayed was for 2 nights only, then I decide to add one more, so I tried to make the check out through the room phone, and it was not working at all, so I had to go in person, and later in the afternoon I found the housekeeper in front of my room asking me why I’m on the room?… so there was no communication between the staff about the transaction, I felt so disappointed cause she was looking at me like I was lying. "

"The room was acceptable, but the swimming pool was very small and unheated. Food at the on-site restaurant was not good and made me sick. Location is far from oceanfront and not ideal. "
