「The hotel environment is not good and the service is average」

「Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Room was clean but had a unpleasant odor for the entire time I was there. Elevator was annoying to have to keep scanning badge for it to function. Badge did not always work. Also had to keep putting items on elevator floor so I can use badge to scan. Exact burger that was $20 at lunch increased to $25 at dinner.」
