「Perfect location close to Brightline, the Omni, museums, and Bayfront. We also loved the hotel. It was top notch. Service was great and the view from our room was incredible.」

「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...

「Best thing about the room was the location. IMO, the description and photos were quite deceptive. The space was much smaller than depicted and the view of the bay could only be seen from the corner of the small bedroom. Also, the balcony was NOT usable at all. There was barely enough room to open the door and step out onto the ledge to see the bay much less have the option to sit for a while. More disappointing than that was the extremely loud AC unit. The air conditioner fan was so loud...

The host was in constant contact with me prior to the visit but once I arrived the difference was notable. I had several small issues that I hesitated to bring up but when I did I got an instant response and resolution. 「I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances. The listing is completely misleading—the photos make it look like a spacious one-bedroom, but it's actually a tiny studio. The worst part was the bathroom light. It didn't work from the moment we arrived. We reported it multiple times, were repeatedly promised it would be fixed, and no one ever showed up. We spent our entire stay with no working bathroom light, making it nearly impossible to get ready. The problems didn't stop there....
