Overall, an excellent experience. Great air-conditioning great lobby host named Alex. He did an excellent job recommending food spots that were perfect. The room was clean and very well. Taken care of. I was definitely impressed.

The room was great, soundproof given you are in Wynwood, but its in the heart of the most vibrant area, the property is an oasis, beautifully appointed and more imporant its just a great vibe. The rooftop is great as its a 360 view of the area, with great vistas and taller than most buildings so its a great place to sit and relax, also the pool is a endless pool with a charming and lux feel to the seating. I loved it.

We were in a beautifully designed and furnished room (suite of two rooms/two baths) with all working and clean fixtures. Beautiful tiled bathroom/shower in one with the rainfall shower head; tub in the other. The furniture, bedding, kitchen appliances, and everything was new, and wonderful. The Bosch appliances, large, illy coffeemaker, and everything was top notch. Pool was clean and very nice, with hot tub and some cabanas for daytime, but our evening swim and the night lights view was terrific. The guest service staff was excellent. We had such a wonderful stay based at The 27 Wynwood and can't wait to return for another fun visit. p.s. Go to Maman and CoyoTaco when you go there.

As far as aesthetics and location, this property is 5-star. Unfortunately, our experience fell short in several areas, which is why I’m giving it a lower rating. *Room: There was previous flood in the room we were assigned. The area rug was soaked yet the cleaning staff did not acknowledge or attempt to address the issue. Bed was not queen size. The front desk ultimately removed the resort fees because of the inconvenience. *Amenities: According to the website, the rooms should have a safe, but ours did not nor were we provided the robes that were listed as an amenity. *Unexpected security deposit: there is a $150-per-night hold, as a security deposit in case of damage. This was not disclosed on either the property's website or Expedia when we booked. *Kitchen: We were unable to use the stovetop because the cabinets were positioned so low that even a paper towel holder could not fit underneath. This was an accessible room however a wheelchair bound person could have difficulty accessing the cabinets. *Construction noise: There was active construction directly across the street that began at 7AM and rooms are not soundproof. There was also work being done in the room next to ours starting around 8AM. Fortunately, I’m an early riser, but this could be very disruptive for other guests. *Terrace: Although our room had a terrace, there was no patio furniture, making the space unusable. Overall, the property itself was well maintained and the pool was exceptional.

The WiFi never worked for our room the two days we stayed. We had to basically beg the staff for extra towels (we have a family of 6) and for extra blankets and pillows. I thought those would have been ready to go prior to our arrival. Aesthetically it was really nice but honestly with everything including the valet … I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great room for the price. Was completely blown away when I walked into my room. High end, designed well, and made you feel spoiled walking in. The elevator was the only issue we had. Pool was beautiful, grills were nice, workout was exceptional.
