What a nightmare! The customer service at this hotel is horrible. I had an issue with parking at the hotel; I parked my rental car in a spot for 15 minutes to unload and check in (with assurance from front desk that it would NOT be an issue). Several weeks later I got a notice of a hefty fine from the rental car company for a parking violation. Ever since, I’ve been trying to get in touch with hotel management to help me resolve this costly error but have had zero response to phone calls,— they do not answer the phone, ever— emails, or online inquiries. Even with the help of corporate guest relations, I could not get through to the hotel. It is incredible and frustrating how unresponsive they are. I can’t figure it out. If anyone responds to this, please share contact information that I will actually be able to use to get through to someone
