"The shops were great, loved the bayside shops. Room was clean, but had to move the house cleaner out when we checked in at 4:30... Day two no hand towels again, but one wash cloth this time.. needed ice on this trip, so went to 7th floor to get some, no luck. went to floor 10, no luck... so since I didn't have hand towel and no luck with ice machines, went to main lobby..Attendent seemed upset that I didn't go up another floor to get ice, and told me I should have called about missing towels, not come down to main lobby... Well if ice machines were working on the 2 upper floors, I would have done so. But, with this being my second time here and having all kinds of issues recurring with missing towels, and now finding out ice machine didn't work... I am coming down to the main lobby and this cite to complain. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL. WE STAYED HERE BEFORE AND AFTER OUR CRUISE IN A BASIC ROOM AND A SUITE AT THE END OF OUR CRUISE. DO NOT BOOK "

"The view was amazing and the apartment met all of our needs. Getting around Miami could not have been easier. The suite and amenities were wonderful!"

"Could understand the staff. Staff did not care about guest just by the attitude that was given. Ask for an ADA room, was told it was, when I got there, the room was not ADA compliant. I am disabled and I had a very hard time use the toilet."

"The first room they gave me was directly across from construction and the bathroom was in horrible shape. Had to actually go back and forth with the manager to switch rooms , and he asked me if I wanted to leave which was really rude. Room end up being changed and everything was fine afterward. "
