「I really enjoyed my stay I came in town for a Pilates wellness tour I was close to every location I had on my itinerary , my room was cozy clean and comfortable . The rooftop pool is a vibe I recommend checking that out . The front desk was very helpful and friendly over I would give this place 9/10 not 10 stars because the construction across the street takes away from The aesthetic oh yes one more thing the coffee shop soca has really delicious smoothies and fresh fruit make sure to check that...

The room was clean and well maintained, and the double-bed room actually has two large beds, which is more than sufficient for a family stay. However, the check-in process was poorly organized, which significantly affected our experience. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. and understood that check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., so we registered in advance and left...

They are serviced by the hotel, who make the cleaning charge is made upon departure. This wasn’t made clear, or indicated during the booking process. Be warned!」

「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...
