「Perfect location close to Brightline, the Omni, museums, and Bayfront. We also loved the hotel. It was top notch. Service was great and the view from our room was incredible.」

「Room was great, very clean and plenty of room. Pool was on the roof and a great vibe. Unfortunately, to no fault of the property, all the buildings around it are being built aka under construction but did not keep us awake. Gym is also a huge pro on the 33rd floor 」

「The bed was the only great thing the view and how clean it was other than that there is no parking for what so ever. Also no food on site at all not even a venting machine they told us was there. Overall the experience was a 2/10 could use some adjustments feels like it was open before a plan was made still some things they can get together and the elevator creeks a little not to fawn of that. And one of the ladies at the front had a attitude mostly don’t appreciate that as well in definitely」

「Solo el problema es en el aria de la piscina la cierran muy temprano a 7 para el costo deveria estar hasta las 10 ya que en el piso que está sería bonito tirar foto en la niche」

「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...
