"A few bumps in the road but the staff, specifically housekeeping made up for it with their willingness to assist. Just a few suggesting's...Staff should Knock, announce and/or call before trying to enter a room (unless there is an emergency). If a guest is willing to upgrade based on an upsell, their room should be made first priority for cleaning and check in. Beautiful property, great location. I would definitely recommend others to visit."
