Great customer service, so nice and helpful. Patient enough to answer all of my questions. Beautiful view. A lot of things near by. So many things to do inside the hotel if you’re not able to get out much as well. Food is impeccable. If you love art you will not be disappointed with all there is to see within the beautiful hotel.

The room is ok but it could be better cleaned in details. The shower situation is horrible, the water pressure is low so I barely washed up. The faucet handle is so hard to turn and the water is either freezing cold or so hot. Too bad for a 5 stars hotel.
The front desk employee is so rude, she was checking us in with an attitude.
