She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to accommodate guests requests and was the reason I would stay there again. To be fair I didn’t notice at first because it blended in with the pattern of the floor but then the water hit it and it was clear. 「The room was nicely furnished & the location was close to the cruise port. We thought we had all the information to checkin with such as the room # & access code but when we arrived at almost 11:30 pm we realized we didn't have an access code to the building. Luckily, 3 young men came out, looked at our paperwork & let us in the building. It is an older building & there is little to no soundproofing.
