「Todo muy limpio y muy centrico」

「Upon arrival we were told we’d receive a $23 voucher to be used for drinks at their bar. We ordered 1 beer and 1 martini which we thought the $23 voucher might cover. After checkout we received a room charge for $50.80 for room service. (The only items we used were the 2 drinks) We are still in the process of trying to resolve this issue.」

「This is an apartment complex that rent rooms. Not a hotel. Only virtual assistance via text if you don’t speak Spanish. No elevator. Not enough towels and washcloths. No hand soap.」

「I really liked our room, I love the roof top! They have excellent food and service! There is also a patio where you can work. The WiFi is real good and the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is lovely. I really like the fact that we had a TV and a fridge (ideal to keep the water cold). They are super nice and the staff is really attentive」

「Laundry machine was not functioning -- and that mattered to me on this trip. They did not alert me to this fact ahead of time, nor, of this writing, have they offered any compensation for the inconvenience. Also their check-in process was painful -- even after filling out their form/downloading their app, it was not in the system so I had to call to get it fixed. All of that said -- the space/place is very nice and maybe others will not face the same difficulties I did.」

「The location is perfect if you need to stay in downtown Miami/Brickell area. You can also use the monorail which is free and super convenient. The room was very cleaned, make sure your card is activated to enter to the pool area. The valet parking is the only thing I won’t use again is too expensive $45.00 per night.」

「Perfect location close to Brightline, the Omni, museums, and Bayfront. We also loved the hotel. It was top notch. Service was great and the view from our room was incredible.」
