"Excellent staff at this Hotel, they really went above and beyond. The noise is quite bad on the weekends from the nearby road, with cars racing up and down. Not really the fault of the hotel, but something to note. The rooms are on the older side now, as i believe they are decommissioning this hotel soon and opening a new location on Miami Beach. I would definitely stay here again just for the staff who went above and beyond, and will consider hyatt for all my future trips. Thanks!"

"Las ventanas no aíslan y se escucha todo. En nuestro caso estábamos en el piso 9 y se escuchaban las máquinas del aire acondicionado situadas abajo y la música de los barcos. A parte de eso correcto. Siendo Miami un precio más que correcto"

"I normally stay at the Lennox hotel which is their sister hotel and it was still amazing. From the staff to the breakfast in the morning. The hotel was clean and the view was amazing I stayed on the 9 th floor. It’s right in the heart of downtown close to bayside marketplace. You can do some shopping eating site seeing. The pool and rooftop bar was nice"
