「This was the worst stay I’ve experienced through Expedia. The AC was not working in the room and it was extremely hot and muggy. The property team showed no urgency getting it fixed. We checked in at 6:50pm and after periods of no response from the property team who initially told me a handyman would be up in 30 minutes, at 11:30pm we were told we could transfer to a different property of theirs in a different building. My partner and I then had to pack our bags again in the middle of the night...

「Overall, the place is okay. The rooms are clean, but the issue is in the details. I always check the bed first, since that’s often the least clean part. Unfortunately, I found stains and hairs on the bedsheet and pillowcases, which made it impossible for me to sleep on.

「Check in was brutal, thhey didn’t get us checked in till 6pm we sat outside for two hours with all our luggage, and they were no towels for us no toilet paper. Called host didn’t bring us towels or toilet paper till next day. Check out day the cleaning lady stole my sun glasses I have it on a video of them sitting there come back to the room after few moments and cleaning lady is gone so are my glasses. Never ever again book with these guys」
