「Good: very friendly and accommodating reception staff, allowed us a late check out. Beds are comfy and the hotel is very fun and modern. Great location.
Improvements: We asked for the sheets to be changed the first day but they weren’t, and also the cleaners didn’t put pillow cases on 2 of the pillows. Also disappointing no bathrobes given the calibre of the hotel. Wireless charger in the room didn’t work.

「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...
