"Really enjoyed my stay, was clean, very modern, and the bed was very comfortable"

"CitizenM was actually very nice! I was hesitant to book the room just because of the size of the space, however I found I LOVED having a little place to myself. The rooms are so cozy, the light fixtures and minimal decor didn’t make the place feel like a shoe box (I stayed for 4 nights). I didn’t try the breakfast- however I did take advantage of late night wine and the additional fries and margarita pizza 10/10. I did try some martinis such as espresso and lemon drop, both of which were amazing (also 10/10) The staff is super kind at the front desk/bar and on the 11th floor they didn’t make you feel out of place or judged, and they are SUPEP helpful. The property and hotel itself is very clean and a very lovely place to stay. My only thing is I wish it wasn’t completely controlled via ipad i wish i had more control over the lights but that’s just me i like my vibes to be on 100 ALSO PLEASE READ THIS PART!!! Please fix the fridges in the rooms themselves my ice cream melted and my drinks were warm. anyways queens and kings i will be coming back hallelujah amen thank you "

"The Gale is a great location and our room was lovely. The onsite restaurant is wonderful. However the elevator situation is terrible. The elevator is far too cramped and crowded with guests and luggage and often the elevators are already full. I feel bad for the tenants who actually live in this building as it is a shared hotel/apartment building. "

"The hotel was nice the pool and hot tub was under construction, so we had to use the lap pool. The second day the carpet was being cleaned outside of our room smell was awful. The resort fee is a joke consider they give you a voucher for a beach club where you are limited to two beach chairs, and two beach towels( it was me and my two teenage daughters) they want you to pay 30 bucks for the umbrella,if not you bake him the hot sun. Overall an okay stay but I was hoping for more accommodation for the price point."

"This is a fantastic place to stay as close to everything and the only thing is you do hear a lot of street noise so bring a fan to drown it out! I would stay here again!"

"One of these self serve hotels with little explanation of key operations. Like elevators. Check out was a nightmare. Breakfast was good but no one wanted to clean up the water hazard in the dining room. Bed was torture to sleep on. Room lighting system impossible to operate and there were no instructions. So called welcome drink was just water sugar and ice. Give this a miss. It is close to cruise terminal"
