Customer service and guest treatment need significant improvement.」

「Nice room and entire residence hotel/condos for a week’s stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, good a/c after maintenance got it working properly, lovely moire of the bay and ocean. Good restaurants a block away in the World Mall. Weather was good in February. 」
