This is the most perfect hotel I have ever been to, and I travel A LOT. Location is close to everything, in the vibrant upscale Brickell part of Miami, incredible room service, stunning pool, housekeeping and turndown service was an 11/10. The only downside is I don’t know how I will be able to stay anywhere else but Four Seasons in the future. Thank you for the incredible service and memories! I will be back as soon as possible.

Cheguei ao hotel as 21h, no outro dia pedi um late checkout até às 13h, mas fui informado que o hotel estava muito cheio e não poderiam fazer. Fiz meu check ou as 10h e solicitei que buscassem minhas malas no quarto e guardassem. Ao retornar ao hotel as 15h, ninguém conseguia encontrar minhas malas. Depois de muita procura elas foram encontradas no MEU QUARTO! Ou seja, ninguém havia nem sequer entrado lá até às 15h! Além disso me encaminharam para tomar uma ducha no "SPA" que deve ser o novo termo para banheiro público de academia. Terrível, jamais esperaria algo assim de um Four Seasons. Por sorte não perdi meu vôo com todos esses atrasos..
