We arrived at 11:00 a.m. and understood that check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., so we registered in advance and left...

The first night there’s was only 2 towels, we tried calling the front desk the phone wasn’t working so we went to the lobby and we asked if we could get 1 more towels. I proceeded to tell the staff that we need it an extra set of towels, and for the next 3 days that we were there, we had to come back downstairs to get the extra set .
