「Best staff ever!!! Super accommodating and genuinely caring. !!! 500 stars deserved!!!」

「 ⸻ The hotel facilities are clean and comfortable. The lobby provides hot tea, iced water, and coffee throughout the day, which is a nice touch. The room was clean and well maintained, and the double-bed room actually has two large beds, which is more than sufficient for a family stay. However, the check-in process was poorly organized, which significantly affected our experience. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. and understood that check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., so we registered in advance and left...

「I stayed at the Rover over the weekend, and it was an outstanding stay. When you hear "boutique hotel without a reception," you tend to expect an affordable but impersonal experience. That wasn't the case here. I was greeted at the property by the property manager, Emily, who was warm and welcoming from the start. 「Will stay there on my trip to Miami」

Plus the walls are thin and could hear the neighbors 5 am music being played - not ideal. But it’s clean & had a small kitchenette, which was nice.」

「good hotle」

「Disappointing Stay – Not What We Expected Our experience at this 3-bedroom unit was very disappointing and fell far below our expectations. The space was extremely cramped, to the point where it was practically impossible to place a suitcase on the floor comfortably. The beds were broken and uneven, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's rest. We also received no room service throughout our stay. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with a very limited supply of spoons, plates, pots, and...
