「This is a fabulous place. Staff are extremely warm and welcoming. Breakfast is made to order for hot dishes and plenty of choices for continental foods. The facility is very clean. It is in a good location for local favorites. It is a decent distance from activities. I highly recommend this resort. Would definitely stay there again!」

「The room was great. The bathroom huge, the living room the size of an oversized apartment. The best part was the balcony. We had a waterfront auite, and the balcony was incredible. A full, waparound porch style balcony that added immensely to our stay.」

「The resort exceeded all of my expectations. We had an ocean view suite with gorgeous sunrise views, a comfortable bed, relaxing balcony and huge clean bathroom. All of the staff were kind and helpful. The property was very well maintained. There are a lot of families with small kids, so be prepared for that at pool time. Otherwise, the resort was fairly quiet. You don't hear people in the room next to you. Really nice stay. I would love to return again!」

「Property was nice with great beach location and close to downtown Key West. BUT they screw you with hidden charges. They 67+ per day resort fee was at least disclosed. But we had 2 100 per day (before tax) “beach” charges that were not disclosed and nobody ever mentioned to us. That is ridiculous highway robbery on top of the very pricey room charges so we won’t be going back there!」

「Beautiful property and nice spacious rooms. Stayed in a 2 bedroom and the space was great, but would have preferred the layout to be flipped to have the King in the main room and the 2 queens in the extra bedroom up front so the kids had their own space. Balcony was large and furniture was nice. Housekeeping and front desk staff were fantastic. Pools were nice. Water stations were a nice touch. Biggest issue with this resort was the food and drink situation. Breakfast at Marketplace consisted...

「We enjoyed the beach-pool area with restaurant and bar adjacent. We rented bikes from next door and road to a concert at the island amphitheater. The only minor suggestion would be to change the drawer and cupboard hardware. They were really difficult to open.」

「Great property, my only complaint was we had the same room with a couple we were traveling with and asked to be next to each other, they said they couldn't we had one room in between us even though nobody was in the other rooms. So Boo on you!!」
