I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The facilities are outdated, and the room I was given initially had a very small balcony with a broken balcony door that wouldn’t close properly—possibly due to humidity and poor maintenance. I booked a “sea view room with balcony” online, but the balcony was tiny, there was no sea view at all, and the door was broken. When I requested to cancel the booking upon check-in, the hotel refused. They offered to change my room but only to one without a balcony, and refused to refund the price difference. I had booked for two nights. The front desk told me that if I didn’t stay the first night, I could get a refund for the second night—but not the first. I asked to speak to the manager, and they said the manager would only be available the next morning at 9 AM. I reluctantly stayed the first night, thinking I would speak to the manager the next day and get the second night refunded. However, when I finally met the manager, they said the second night was also non-refundable. In the end, I paid full price for a room that did not match what I booked and received no compensation or proper assistance. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pool perfect. Hot tub private. Drinks and breakfast very good. Through Expedia they offered free breakfast for everyday we stayed. Came around with free Jell-O shots, smoothies and snacks. Flama Cabana bar was nice with good music, dinner was ok. Espresso Martinis on point! Beautiful sunset from that bar. Pool bar was awesome. Not as lively as I hoped. Offered free shuttle service to and from airport and into Duval area. Leaving every 30 min to and from. Room supplied shampoo, conditioner, body some and lotions. All smelled phenomenal Weather gorgeous. Pretty resort.

One of our two rooms had multiple issues most of which were solved quickly. Safe and tv remote batteries were doa. Toilet needed some work. All the work was done quickly but should have been checked prior to checkin. The place is very convenient and loved the shuttle service and proximity to stores and such. The pool area was great. The included breakfast was good but coordination between front desk and the restaurant needs some attention regarding how included breakfast is taken care (re cards per day as opposed to cards per stay)

The staff was wonderful, the free offers like smoothies and churros, and free alcoholic beverages were all so delicious. The shuttle service was also great, and the drivers were super friendly, giving reccommendations for great local places to eat, and talking about city history. Not to mention both the city and the hotel were spotless! Absolutely stellar visit and I'll be certain to come back again.

We had an absolutely wonderful one-night stay at Havana Cabana Resort in Key West! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and Nick made it even better by offering us a complimentary breakfast, which was a lovely surprise. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink that truly set the tone for a tropical getaway. One of the highlights was the pool area—it’s stunning, with a great hot tub and plenty of space to unwind. We especially enjoyed having our complimentary breakfast poolside, which made for such a peaceful and enjoyable start to the day. A special thank you to Dina, the concierge, who helped us plan our day and recommended a visit to the Key West Butterfly Sanctuary—it turned out to be an unforgettable experience! Also, the resort’s free shuttle service to downtown was incredibly convenient, and Jackie, the shuttle driver, was so friendly and helpful. Overall, this resort offers exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and thoughtful touches that make your stay truly special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Key West!

The only downside was that sometimes people were speaking loudly in the hallways, which could be a bit disruptive when trying to rest. Other than that, everything was excellent and we would definitely stay here again!
