All 3 pools were beautiful, I loved the surrounding landscape. The two bedroom / 2.5 bath villa was wonderful. I loved sitting on the villas deck each morning to drink my coffee and enjoy the palm tree ocean view. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals! I would definitely recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay at Tranquility Bay Resort in Marathon, Florida! This was the perfect place for a family getaway. The property is absolutely beautiful — the charming white buildings give it such a clean, coastal feel and everything is so well maintained. Our family especially loved the beach and the pool area. The pools were great for relaxing and for the kids to enjoy, and the beach was peaceful and perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine. Everything felt very clean, cute, and welcoming. If you’re looking for a relaxing spot in the Florida Keys that’s family-friendly and beautiful, I would highly recommend staying here. We made some great memories and would definitely come back!

Yes, the villa was spotless and the staff were very accommodating. Th fully equipped kitchen was much appreciated as were the outdoor amenities.

Unit needs work. Put us at the end of the resort probably bc I booked thru a third party(Expedia). Smell of sewage prob seaweed. High price food and drinks at beach bar. Tractor on beach in middle of day removing seaweed for 5 day in a row. They allow a tractor noise but no music allowed. . Maid service was good. Liked that the units had a full kitchen (only reason I booked it) Food was good but over priced. Need to upgrade the Butterfly cafe ( which no one ate at) to a sports bar. Needs to be a bit more lively. We are in our 60’s but still like to have a good time.

Absolutely not worth the high price with added “Resort Fees” - what resort?? Beds comfortable but the room was fraying at the edges & smelt strongly of disinfectant. The access bands were tricky to operate and we were locked out of our room before checkout time. Our room was in the 2nd floor with an inoperable elevator. Uncaring and dismissive staff together with the lockout took the rating from a 3 to a 2. I cannot understand the ratings your site gave this place and it makes me distrustful of you as a site. This place was worse than a cheap motel - at least then you know what you’re getting into. This place was a huge disappointment.

We loved the hotel overall with a few issues to note. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful whenever needed. All of the staff at outside tiki bar/restaurant were absolutely great. Food was excellent and entertainment was great. Pool near beach was great, clean and well kept. Few hiccups: One day before we cancel date received email notification that main pool would be under maintenance all week. Did remove resort fee and provided two free drinks for inconvenience. Also provided letter to use pool at sister resort site which we did not get to use. Room was clean each day, but service missed cleaning on last night there but left two clean towels. Seemed to have run past 5PM set complete times. No breakfast was provided in restaurant on mornings and had coffee for cost via a coffee machine. Had offer to order food to room which we did not use.

The issue was that we paid over 600 for one night. Checked in around 5pm and pools were already closed by 6pm. Woke up the next morning with hopes of using pools prior to departure and find out our bracelets had already been deactivated prior to check out time. So called “beach area” seemed small and dirty. Not worth the high rate! Would never stay here again!
