Never responded to calls about the room fan. I got it on but called again to get it turned off. Was totally ignored. House cleaning worked on the adjacent room while we were testing and slammed the door numerous times to let them know we were sleeping. Lobby staff was ok but we were also duped by Expedia as to the room. I expected a view other than the hallway and was very disappointed that the staff could not resolve this. Also not enough pool chairs that were not torn and In poor condition. Would not consider staying here again.

Our stay was great. The 1 room suite was very nice and spacious. It was like having a 1 room apartment to ourselves. The bedroom was a bit dusty, and under the bed hadn't been cleaned, but we found $5 under there so it was a win for us :) Everything else was clean. We were on the 3rd floor, so having the spiral stairs that led to another balcony was a nice bonus. The pool was great, and my kids loved the chickens & baby chicks everywhere! Cons: The bathroom counters are a bit small, and it was a bit inconvenient that there were not ice machines available. The front desk offers it, but they are not nearby. My biggest annoyance was that the room numbering is a bit confusing. We were in room 238, but it was located on the 3rd floor. Not a huge deal once you know that, but when you first arrive with all of your luggage and small kids at 10:30pm after a full day of traveling and layovers it can be a rough start to your stay. There are only 2 elevators, one on the far side of the building, and another in the middle. The middle elevator was broken, so we parked near the far one, which was on the opposite side of the building from our room. We took the elevator to floor 2, then walked all the way down with all of our luggage, only to find that our room was on floor 3. We had to carry everything up a flight of stairs since the elevator was no longer nearby. Overall, I would recommend this report to friends & family and would consider staying here again.

Check-in wasn’t the best. The guy at the desk said they would text when the room was ready. I never got a text, ended up going back to a different employee and apparently my room had been ready. Elevators out of order, of course, so had to drag bags up 3 flights of stairs. No daily housekeeping. No microwave or safe in room. The jets on the hot tub were broken. The swimming area/ beach was not swimmable. The water smelled like sewage.

When I arrived, they issued, the wrong rooms, then I informed them these aren't the display on Expedia site, they informed me, the mistake was false advertisement on you guys site, but as personal favor to me, they would the one seen on Expedia, but would've wait several hours, before they were cleaned, but after this issue , I ask for compensation for the time wait those hours, I was again inform they Expedia would've to resolved this issue. The were the actually, the one from site, no one came clean, take out the trash, the staff seem unhelpful for any assistance, the view amenities seem nice, location , and views were amazing.

The beach area isn't swimmable and the maid does not come to clean the room daily or bring new towels. Other than that, the room was clean and the pool was great! Both restaurants on the property are amazing. Highly recommend Tavern Town for breakfast.

We had a really rough travel day, so arriving to find our room wasn’t ready was incredibly frustrating. We got there around 9:00 AM on only three hours of sleep and even told the staff we were willing to pay for an upgraded room if it meant we could check in sooner. We were assured multiple times that they would take care of us and that our room was being worked on and would be ready shortly. Unfortunately, that “shortly” turned into about 3:00 PM. Throughout the entire day, we kept being told things that simply weren’t true, which made the experience even more disappointing. The lack of transparency and constant runaround was unacceptable. When we finally did get into our room, the issues didn’t stop—the shower wasn’t even working. After all the inconvenience, they moved us into a suite, which ironically was the same type of room we had offered to pay for earlier but were told wasn’t available. We stayed at this property five years ago when it was under Marriott, and the experience was significantly better back then. Sadly, this visit was a complete letdown. Between the poor communication, delays, and maintenance issues, we will not be staying here again.

The room was clean and spacious for our family. The only thing the staff does is change out towels by dropping off a bag of clean towels. You take your own trash out and dirty towels. They will service the room for a fee. There is around 120 units and only 41 lounge chairs (get there early) we went out at 8:30am and 10 were already taken. I spoke to a local (who i thought was a guest) he advised they allow non-guest local residents to the pool because they spend money. This again takes up chairs and wait time for beverages and food. There is no security and gates that anyone can enter into the resort area. No wristbands or ID required. The food and beverages offered at the pool were good. It wasn’t a terrible experience, however, I will be staying at a different location next visit.

This was a wonderful stay. The property had a shuttle which provided transportation to two stops in the Key West area. The staff was wonderful and accommodating for any questions or problems. Only issues we had, elevators were broken so had to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs. Also the hot tub was broken for 4 of our days and we were very disappointed. The main restaurant and bar area were excellent with great daily happy hour specials. The pool restaurant and bar were also excellent with friendly bartenders. The pool was well maintained and plenty of towels for guests. We will definitely stay here again. A bit off the busy Duval St activity which we liked, but with the shuttle, we could get there within 15 minutes.

Room was tiny , dirty floors, broken ceiling fan, no elevators working all stay, front desk never answerred phone. A Motel 6 at Hyatt priced . RUN ,
