The parking is good. There is a nice pool and restaurant. You will have breakfast with a lot of sea birds nearby and other animals waiting for you here and there. The facilities in the room are really aged and don’t work efficiently, including the toilet, sink, closet, telephone, doors.

Stay was good. Breakfast minimal, hot premade breakfast sandwiches, everything else was cold food like cereal, muffins, etc. Room was clean but the bathroom area quite small. Bed was comfortable. Good for a night or two but for a longer stay get a room with a view if you can. Weather was a bit cold for swimming but the pool area was adequate. Breakfast seating was outside next to the marina, good for watching the boats. Overall a good place to go.

Good for anyone that wants a super simple clean place to sleep and shower and location is a priority. You can park and walk to Fishing,scuba boats and Sharkeys for food and drink. Skippers dockside is only a Happy Hour Convenience- Don’t recommend dinner at all. For so many reasons. Nice place to relax and get happy hour drinks. Even the Blackberry Margarita was nasty - Stick to beer or wine. Hotel overall is affordable in the keys and clean. No frills and outdated. The need to allow parking on the gravel to help make there guests more comfortable and less hassle having to park at other nearby locations. It’s a hassle when you realize you need something in the car for the 2nd or 3rd time and it’s raining outside or you have to deal with all the stairs. The shower took forever to find the hot water about 20 min no exaggeration…and the tub was barely draining. Best deal for the convenient location to fishing boats.

Initially we were given a substandard room which lacked a lot of amenities which we found out by viewing another room. Abby made it right by moving us to a better room. Why that room in the condition it was in was rented in the first place is puzzling. If there were no other rooms available in the category that we paid for we would have been very disappointed and probably wouldn't have returned. The rest of the property was wonderful; restaurants were close by and within walking distance. It was located in a neighborhood setting with an additional public park with many activities close by.

My husband and I and my sister and her husband enjoyed a 2 night stay here. The hotel is old but the rooms are extremely spacious and spotless. The beds are super comfortable and they have wonderful pillows and the sheets are crisp. There was a complimentary breakfast in the mornings for convience that offered up cereals, muffins, fruit cups, yorgurt, breakfast sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, juices and I am sure I am leaving out a few things. Restaurant and bar were great and the service and bartenders were attentive as well. Pool area super clean as was the hot tub. This is pir second time staying here and would definitely come back. It is not fancy but practical and definitely clean. No complaints.

Love this place, we walk to pool, hot tub, 2 bars in walking distance, and breakfast too. No need to drive anywhere. The harbor is gorgeous and watching the boats go by is great.

Our room was huge and Clean. We arrived early and our room was ready. Saw a manatee in the Marina as well as a nurse shark. Plenty of pelicans to watch and great food and entertainment on the premises.

The room was nicely prepared when we arrived and the maid service was excellent all week. The office staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is well situated close to restaurants and stores. The breakfast was simple but with a good selection and plentiful supply. The place was pretty quiet most of the time and we slept well in a comfy bed. The bathroom was old and in need of some TLC but everything worked just fine and we had no problems.

Kamer was een beetje verouderd maar de locatie was werkelijk top! We hebben erg genoten van het uitzicht en de ligging aan een bijzonder mooie haven met kraakhelder water waarin we meerdere haaien hebben gezien. De prijs/kwaliteit is uitstekend, zeker omdat je ook van het prachtige zwembad van het naastgelegen hotel gebruik mag maken, naast dat ze hier zelf een eigen heerlijk zwembad hebben. Het ontbijt was simpel met weinig verse producten (veel voorverpakt) maar het ontbijttafeltje aan het water is dan weer echt genieten. Gezien de wat verouderde kamer is de score net geen 5 sterren maar deze accommodatie is verder echt een aanrader.
