The parking is good. There is a nice pool and restaurant. You will have breakfast with a lot of sea birds nearby and other animals waiting for you here and there. The facilities in the room are really aged and don’t work efficiently, including the toilet, sink, closet, telephone, doors.

Everyone was very nice and genuinely friendly. They were very welcoming to families.The only complaint I had were the very bright lights at night shining into the rooms- because of safety you need those so I'm not sure what the remedy would be

Stayed in two different rooms: Double queen - light outside door was broken, didn’t get fixed in the 3 nights I was there. I was on the end by a loud bar and it was terribly noisy. There was no parking for me on the first night when I arrived after 9 pm. I had to walk the entire length of the complex and park in designated spots by the restaurant bar on the opposite end. It was about 3 blocks each way. No water pressure in sink even with both taps on; made washing up and making coffee frustrating. 2br suite: no blinds on kitchen window right by stairs, peephole had been painted over on the outside so would have been useless for a safety check for who is at the door. Kitchen sink faucet was slipping around in the hole. Toilet wouldn’t flush; would get about 5 flushes, then the tank stopped refilling it. Didn’t bother calling maintenance after the first night bc he couldn’t fix it and reeked of cigarettes. TV in front bedroom kept coming on in the middle of the night. Blinds on balcony (there are 8 or 9) are falling off the tracks so it made using the balconies problematic. The breakfast is cold cereal or oatmeal, yogurt,packaged pastries, fruit cups (no fresh), or pressed preheated breakfast sandwiches in a chafing dish mushy and gummy). The pool area is large & clean. A lot of steps, no elevator for 2 br suite, but it was large & relatively clean. Beds were comfortable but no extra blankets. Bathroom supplies didn’t get replenished but the water pressure was great.

Room was clean but dated. Staff was very nice. Biggest issue was parking. There wasn’t enough. I think people were parking in the lot for the restaurant next door and it wasn’t being enforced. We got back at 11:30 and had to park in an unloading zone and then get up early to move the car so we wouldn’t get towed. In the morning (6am) there were a ton of spaces so I don’t think people had already checked out. Also the water pressure in the shower was low and it barely got to lukewarm.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always greeting guests with a smile and offering great local recommendations. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing trip. I especially loved waking up to the peaceful marina view every morning! The pool area and hot tub were beautiful, and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. Having restaurants and water activities just steps away made everything super convenient — we even took a sunset cruise right from the marina!
